  Optimal Preparation: Remmers 2K Epoxy Primer

  For the best and most durable results, we recommend applying Remmers 2K Epoxy Primer first. This primer ensures excellent adhesion of the PU coating, evens out the surface, and improves mechanical and chemical resistance.
  The combination of 2K Epoxy Primer + PU Garage Floor Coating results in a floor that lasts for years and withstands intensive use.

  Application Instructions

  Substrate:
  The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Concrete should be at least 28 days old. Remove any cement residue by light sanding or etching and repair cracks or damage beforehand.

  Application:

• Apply Remmers 2K Epoxy Primer according to the manufacturer’s instructions

• Stir the PU Garage Floor Coating thoroughly

• Apply the coating evenly with a roller or brush

• Apply a second coat after the first layer has dried

• Application Conditions:

• Temperature: +10 °C to +25 °C

• Relative humidity: max. 80%

• Do not apply on rising moisture or condensation

• Drying Times (indicative):

• Dust dry: approx. 6–8 hours

• Recoatable: approx. 12–24 hours

• Light use: approx. 48 hours

• Fully loadable: approx. 7 days
